Ananth Seshan, CEO

Ananth has a Ph.D. in Robotics & Auotmation from the University of Toronto, Canada. Ananth has more than 20 years of leadership experience. He has previously been CTO - Webgen, USA; CEO - Larsen & Toubro Canada Ltd., Canada and Executive Vice President - Robotics & Automation Laboratory, Canada

Sumitra Seshan, COO

Sumitra has done her MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. She has over 15 years of experience in Management and Administration. She has worked in functional areas such as Corporate Planning, Marketing & Strategy Planning, Corporate Communication and Process Re-engineering Consulting.

PV Jaishankar, Director of Product Excellence

P. V. Jaishankar, or PVJ as he is fondly called, acts as the Director of Product Development Excellence. In this capacity, he holds the final responsibility for the quality of the product deliveries made by the company from time to time. Apart from mentoring senior level managers, PVJ also oversees the introduction and implementation of appropriate best practices in software product development. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from IIM-Ahmedabad, and an engineering degree from Banaras Hindu University Institute of Technology.

N.Sankaran Kutty, CFO

Sankaran has over 37 years of experience in the Accounts and Finance function. He has previously worked as the Regional Financial Manager at ESAB India and Accounts Manager at Indian Oxygen Ltd.

Asokan Pichai, Chief Mentor and Trainer

For over 18 years Asokan Pichai has been working in the information technology business. From 1989 until 1997 he held C level positions with a number of national and international corporations in India. Throughout his tenure in the industry he has trained over 3000 students ranging in scope from executives to entry level staff to entire organizations. He has been mentoring for over 25 years. Mr. Pichai oversees the training and integration of all new Fifth Generation Staff and ensures that each student receives comprehensive education in their respective field.

Kadal Amudham, R & D Head

Kadal Amudham, has more than 25 years of practical experience in design, manufacture,build and commission various electronic & electrical systems,instrumentation & robotic control systems. Kadal, sets a high standard of ethics and likes to follow the path of truth in both his professional and personal life. He has gained enough skill in Failure Mode Effect Analysis which was first developed by Ford to design reliable plant, process, and equipment. His first preoccupation in 5G, apart from setting up the  “5G R&D Center”, will be to work on bringing EMG to a chip!

Sriram Rajaram, Chief Mentor and Trainer

Sriram is a proven veteran of the IT project industry and has worked in positions that require delivery management, program management, requirements management and training. Throughout his career he has been handling large groups of individuals, from the training perspective as well as the product development and project management perspective. Sriram helps Fifth Generation Technologies (P) Ltd achieve its goals through thorough and continuous training of our knowledge workers. He has over 17 years of experience, 12 of which in the IT industry.
